Since I was little I knew I had an entrepreneurial spirit. Unfortunately for me I have never taken the time or had the courage to work for myself. I have only worked for the corporate world and am tired of it (understatement of the year). Coupled with an arm injury, it is time for me to make a change. I have worked on mindset and with the support of some friends and family I am casting my doubts and fears aside and going for it.

I feel very fortunate to have a multitude of business ideas and insights that will help me to pursue a life on my terms. I have a knack for naming businesses and identifying gaps, restructuring and expansion ideas.

I am not only interested in small business but am fascinated with all aspects that fall into the umbrella of alternative health. When I am not searching on line for information, I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, gardening, reading, camping, fishing, travelling, baking, cooking and making old and trying new recipes.

We can’t wait to share our health conscious and unique items with you and your family. We are looking forward to grow and employ other like-minded individuals as we start this venture. Exciting times ahead fore sure, stay tuned for more.
